Fresh Eggs For Sale $1.75 Dozen
August 1st was our grandson Ryan's third birthday. He is growing up so fast and will start pre-school two days a week, but at least he will have his cousin Philip there to keep an eye out for him. Our other grandson Dillon starts kindergarten:( I don't know who will take it harder, his mama (Amber) or Dillon!
The weather has been kind of mild and we finally got some rain. The soybeans were needing some moisture. Roger and Taylor got all the bulls pulled from the pastures so hopefully all the cows are bred.
After twenty years of planning and dreaming we have finally started construction on our log cabin. It looks to be a slow process but will be worth it in the end.
The days have been so long and hot. We still have not been able to do our second cutting of bermuda, it is taking its time growing. Wish the foxtail would take as long. It is growing like weeds! The milo is just about ready for combining. The feed store is staying busy as the county kids are gearing up for the Mayes County Fair in September.
